What does leadership in race equity look like in other organizations and what does it take to be a leader in this area? In this episode, Damon Shoholm, director of the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute and Amherst H. Wilder Foundation takes a broad look at race equity and what this work means for leaders across many sectors in Minnesota.
